Tonight was all about using up the Covid pantry. Expiration dates are up so with some noodles, mushrooms, and shallots, a sauce was whipped up with some turkey meatballs and noodles. Pretty darn tasty and leftovers for tomorrow's lunch is happening.

Pesto. From my garden. Homemade. So good and so easy.

Artichoke. It's so pretty and I'm going to chop it up and hopefully it will still be edible.

This morning in Sheckyville.

My birthday gift worked out just fine. After moving things around I don't even have to get up to go to the fridge.

Mrs. Shecky has been busy. After a nice breakfast she went out and pruned a few things, wrote poems in her book, decided to do some smell goods with some of the homemade potpourri that's been sitting there forever, and then made up a little empty storage room with the furniture that was stored in it to put her feet up after working in the yard. It has a great transistor radio in it.

Saturday Spa Day for #mrmurray

The corn chowder turned out really good. I'll post the recipe in a day or two on the blog. Now I'm going to sit back, eat, and watch tv.
