  1. I love this post and its strength and peaceful optimism. I always remember English woman Emily Davidson who , carrying a Suffragette scarf ,ran out in front of the galloping horses at the Epsom Derby and was mown down and died. i remember not being able to get a mortgage unless i had my father ( who was already dead at the time) or an older brother ( I was an only child) sign on the mortgage with me. i had a full time job and could easily have met the payments but no mortgage for me! Because I was a woman. Thank you for this post.
