That’s a great macro!!! Sorry about your dropping your camera, Kathleen Jeanette, that’s an expensive thing! I never have, yet!! I’ll be back home in Michigan soon to visit my family and will be taking the trusty little Nikon Z50 and a 16-50mm lens since it’s the smallest one I have and should fit in the little carry-on back.

Yes, that nifty 50 is a favorite of mine too. That’s the perfect lens to travel with. Money money money… Ugh

Yea, lenses are certainly not cheap. I that 16-50 lens, then a 140mm lens and recently picked up the Nikkor 200mm lens which is so nice.

We call them June bugs here but they are pesty little things at night. I’ve learned they like to play dead and this is one of those moments.

Really? This is a cicada. I had no idea they played dead. I know they can get loud when they party 🙂
