Macro Monday with a couple of Tulip photos. Walking down the driveway I noticed a bit of Spring color popping up. It seems every year I forget that I have planted more bulbs and poof, Mother Nature shows up.

I guess you could call these ‘tweenie’ macros.

I have a problem cutting the first flowering bulbs. They are just too pretty and somehow seeing the garden come alive would not do it justice by cutting them.
*Sometimes I wish I had though*
It is coming alive here at Sheckyville and it is good to see colors popping up even though I do love the Winter. Spring is here as they say, and it is on.

All of these photos were taken from Cellzilla. I think the manual camera of Samsung S23 Ultra is far superior to the iPhone. I have both, and I am not sure why I am trying so hard to transfer to iPhone at this point. I read that it was so much better to upload from iPhone to computer, but I don’t see it when I can’t transfer via blue tooth. Samsung can go either way. It is definitely more flexible. At least at this point discovering it and with more advice I may gradually like it. In the meantime, I am keeping the Samsung until I figure it out or I get that special tip to go further with it.
Happy Spring!
Til next time…
Kathleen Jennette.

Gorgeous tulips! I’m no photographer but I love the camera on my Samsung phone – I got some wonderful shots in Australia last year!
Yes, I agree. The Samsung has the best rated. I’m taking back the Apple. After thinking about it, it is overrated.
Ooh, those are so lovely.
This time of year is so pretty, thank you 😊
This is an aesthetically pleasing image of a beautiful tulip. 🙂
Thank you Nancy, I am happy you like the shots. I think they are a perfect Spring flower 🙂
Beautiful shots of beautiful flowers! Tulips are so sculptural in their forms and you’ve brought that out so well.
Thank you, Sarah, they are a favorite and one day I would love to see the tulip fields!
Very beautiful! I have the iPhone 15 and love the camera, best one yet. All of my photos are uploaded the Dropbox, then pulled down to my MacBook, so easy. Have a great week, Kathleen Jennette!
Thank John! I have used the Dropbox and it somehow seems to be one step more than the Samsung uses. On Samsung I can just blue tooth from the camera to it or my laptop. But the iPhone makes an extra step. I don’t use the “cloud” at all, but it looks like an extra charge to one has to be. I have avoided that so far. At this point, I am not sure about it. I have 5 more days left before I have to return it. I use hard drives but the ease of transferring on the go is definitely blue tooth and iPhone so far, doesn’t have that. I would think they would. ugh..
I love the cloud storage. It’s so easy to move my files around!
I may have to look into it again. Can I ask, why didn’t you use iCloud?
I think it’s the storage. My money gets more storage with Dropbox. Some of the functions with iCloud seem weird.
Thanks, I’m going to check into it again. I didn’t like I cloud and it pops up all over my Mac and phone I don’t like it.
