It is a holiday, and I am doing just that – *holidaying *and just relaxing in the yard.
I did some gardening this morning and moved some things around. It feels like Spring here and because it is a beautiful day today, I am sitting outside. I find the simple things on days like this enhance my life and everyone should take that time when possible. I know a lot of you have snow and the weather is not that great, but I do love the snow too and do know our Winter has not left us yet, but you couldn’t tell by today.
Because carrying a camera in the yard while doing garden work isn’t so great sometimes, these were taken with Cellzilla at hand for today’s Monochrome Monday. Don’t scold me on that… I actually like the way they turned out with a noir look from that little techno-machine.

I do find the photo of the flower most pleasing-the center of it is in focus and then the image softens around it. 🙂
I think it is my favorite also. The succulents seem to make good light textures come through on the camera😊
Lovely images and another 20 degrees warmer would be nice. It’s 54 here.
