With the 85mm on Canon R6 and Adapter, the trees became the subject for ICM for today’s Thursday Blursday.

The 85mm is a great lens. It was the first time I used it for ICM and I really like the results it gave out.

This is a little lone fruit tree that never grew and one day it will be moved. I liked the grass and just the movement of the tree as contrast.

An Oak tree. They are so large I can’t get far enough back to shoot the whole tree with the 85mm. In any case, I do like the result of this.
On the note of the challenge, I haven’t been able to read up on how to host it but hopefully with the some quiet this weekend, I will be able to read more and see what can be done. I think it will be fun to see other works.

Til next time,
Kathleen Jennette

Thank you John, hope the weather is suiting you well there 😊
You are welcome! Sunny and 61 here today, not bad compared to the rest of the country.
No complaining here either😁
Good! 😊
Beautiful ICM images!
Thank you Someone 🙂
These photographed images of trees resemble paintings with soft strokes gently stretching the trees upward. 🙂
Thank you. I so love impressionism and I was trying to achieve that a bit in these. I am happy you see that 🙂
I love these, especially the oak! As to the challenge, I briefly co-hosted the Friendly Friday challenge so feel free to contact me if you have any questions you think I could answer – there’s a link on my blog (drop down from ‘About me’ on the menu bar) 🙂
I may do that Sarah; I am hoping to have it together by February 🙂
